Health Coaching Programs

What do we offer?

We offer six month health coaching programs for individuals and couples. Our programs are designed to respond to your unique goals, and are not a "one size fits all" approach. Before beginning a six month program, we complete a detailed health history review with each client to determine if we are a good fit to move forward. What will health coaching do for me?

We want to help you make positive changes in your health. It's not about eating kale at every meal, starting to use ingredients you've never heard of, or working out for hours each day. It's about making small changes that work for youcelebrating those wins, and then seeing the results that these small changes can make.

What does the program include?

After completing the detailed health history review, you will have two 50-minute sessions each month. In these meetings, we will talk about six actions that are important parts of overall health:  Love, Prosper, Move, Nourish, Breathe, and Laugh. These actions are interconnected, and work together to provide a path to a sustainable feeling of health and happiness.

Kara and Kris
Individual Health Coaching
  • 50 minute one-on-one health coaching sessions twice per month with your coach (Kara or Kris)

  • During these sessions, your coach will listen to your goals, connect with your reasons for setting these goals, and will help with recommendations to empower you to achieve them!

Couples Health Coaching
  • 50 minute health coaching sessions twice per month with Kara and Kris

  • In couples health coaching, we will listen to your goals as both individuals and as a couple. Once these goals are set, we will help with ways to hold each other accountable on your path to reaching them!
